摘要
摆盘发动机是一种以摆盘做章动运动的新型内燃机,摆盘机构是其核心组件。为了研究摆盘机构的运动规律,建立了摆盘机构的运动数学模型,对其位移、速度和加速度进行了解析。并运用ADAMS建立了摆盘机构虚拟样机模型,进行仿真实验。通过MATLAB数学模型计算结果与ADAMS仿真结果对比分析,结果表明所建立的数学模型基本正确,为章动发动机的设计与制造提供了理论基础。
wobble-plate engine which is a kind of wobble plate doing nutation movement is a new type of internal combustion engine. Plate mechanism is the main Dynamic core components. In order to research the law of motion of the wobble plate mechanism, the displacement, velocity and acceleration of the wobble plate mechanism was calculated by establishing Mathematical model of the wobble plate mechanism. The virtual model of the Wobble mechanism was established with ADAMS for simulation experiment of the wobble mechanism. Comparative analysis of the results of MATLAB mathematical model simulation and the results of ADAMS simulation show that the Mathematical model is correct, provided a theoretical basis for the design and manufacture of nutating engine.
