摘要
随着现代柴油机技术的快速发展,其强化要求指标不断提高。本文基于Pro/E软件平台,利用ANSYS软件,应用热流固耦合的方法,对农用柴油机机体的热负荷进行了较为系统的研究。通过在6110-125Z1A2六缸增压柴油机上进行的性能测试,实验取得较好的效果,为柴油机机体、缸套、缸盖等受热零部件的热负荷研究及改进提供了借鉴。
Along with the modem diesel engine technology's fast development, its strengthened request target enhances unceasingly. This article based on the Pro/E software platform, uses the ANSYS software, applies the hot - class - solid coupling the method, and has conducted the systematic research to the agricultural diesel engine organism's heat load. Through the performance test which carries in the FAW Wuxi Diesel 6110-125Z1A2 six cylinder turbo-charged diesel engines, the experiment makes the good progress, provided a reference for heat load research and improvement of Organism, cylinder jacket, cylinder cover and so on.
