摘要
针对脉冲发动机的声学结构进行了理论分析,构建了对应的声学模型。建立了两种噪声测量方法即针对性测量法和近场测量法。结果表明,脉冲发动机的排气噪声为主要声源,其次为进气噪声,而燃烧噪声相对于排气噪声和进气噪声来说要低得多。同时排气噪声和进气噪声均出现单向指向性特性,即排气噪声沿喷管轴向和进气噪声沿化油器进气阀轴向上的噪声强度最强,偏移轴向则噪声强度减弱,偏转角度越大则噪声衰减越多,只不过这种现象在排气口处表现得更特出。这为今后设计低噪声脉冲发动机指明了方向。
In this paper, we performed a theoretical analysis on the acoustic field around the pulse combustion engine, and established the corresponding acoustic model. We also established two approaches for noise measurement, one being targeted measurement and the other close-field measurement. Our analysis showed that the major noise component was exhaust noise, followed by intake noise. Comparing to these two components, combustion noise was much weaker. Moreover, both exhaust and inlet noises exhibited a strong directional effect, with their largest amplitude along with the axial direction of the exhaust tube and the carburetor intake value, respectively. Noise intensity decreases as the field moves away from the axis, especially at the exhaust outlet. Our analysis provided useful information for the future design of low-noise pulse-jet engines.
