农机合作社发展影响因素识别研究

Study on the recognition of influencing factors of agricultural machinery cooperatives development

分析农机合作社发展影响因素对于提高农机合作社竞争能力、改善农机合作社发展环境具有重要意义。本文从内部制度、外部环境、内外部联结三个方面研究建立我国农机合作社发展影响因素框架,主要运用层次分析法,得出内部制度对我国农机合作社发展影响最大,产权制度、治理结构、与下游市场之间的联结模式、合作社文化、与社区和政府间的关系、政府支持力度是影响我国农机合作社发展的主要因素。

It＇ s very important to study and recognize the influencing factors of agricultural machinery cooperatives development for enhancing competitiveness and improving the developing conditions. This paper creates the influencing factors frame of agricultural machinery cooperatives development based on three aspects of inner institution, outer conditions, and connection between inner and outer, and is analyzed by the Analytic Hierarchy Process （AHP） . The conclusions are： firstly, inner institution is the best important influencing factor, second, ownership, governance structure, connecting model with the downstream market, cooperatives culture, relationship with community and government, support from government play important roles in agricultural machinery cooperatives development.
