软土地基大偏心建筑基础设计方案的选型分析

摘要 对于存在软弱下卧层的软土地区,大偏心建筑基础设计较为复杂,不仅要考虑地基强度,同时要考虑建筑物不均匀沉降问题,需从建筑物整体倾斜率控制的角度对基础形式进行选择。本文根据场地土层性质,基于规范中地基强度验算,对某指挥中心大楼大偏心基础设计提出了天然地基、持力层位于第3层的短桩和持力层位于第6层的长桩三种基础形式。考虑到拟建建筑为大偏心建筑,需从建筑物整体倾斜率控制的角度对基础形式进行选择,采用A B A Q U S和PLAXIS两种有限元分析软件进行定量数值计算和比较,得出合适的基础形式。计算结果为存在软弱下卧层的大偏心建筑基础设计提供定量分析手段。 It is always complicated to design the foundations of large eccentric buildings which rely upon the soft substratum because a variety of factors such as building's foundation strength, differential settlement and its overall gradient control must be taken under advisement. Based upon the soil properties and foundation strength calculation as well, the article brings forth the following 3 types of foundation for a certain command center building: natural foundation, short piles whose bearing stratum is on the third layer and large piles whose bearing stratum is on the sixth layer. As the proposed building is a large eccentric building, the chosen form of foundation should be effective to control the building's overall gradient. Therefore, the 2 pieces of finite element analysis software, namely, ABAQUS and PLAXIS are adopted to execute quantitative numerical calculation and comparison that can lead us to the final end.
