摘要
通常使用的充电机存在输出功率小 ,体积大 ,特别是输出电流小 ,不利于快速充电等缺点 .文章运用“可控硅”在控制极脉冲作用下能对交流电直接整流的原理 ,制作了一种无变压器的新型充电机。制作时元器件的选择原则是 :( 1)可控硅的正向阻断电压 PFV≥ 1.5U,反向峰值电压 :PRV≥ ( 1.5~ 2 ) U ;( 2 )可控硅的额定正向平均电流的有效值电压 PRV应大于负载电流的有效值 ;( 3)触发电路参数根据节点电压公式∑VK =0 ;( 4 )电阻、电容应满足 CR=常数 .
The common chargers normally have smaller output powers and larger volume, and need a longer working time because of their smaller current output. A new charger is designed by using the rectifying property of SCR. The choices of elements are: (1) SCR PRVe'1.5U; PRVe'(1.5-2)U; (2) Virtual value of the frontage average currency of SCR (PVR) should be no less than the virtual value of the loading currency; (3) parameters of the trigger circuit meets the formula of node voltage 'Vk= 0; and (4) resistance and capacitance meet CR= 0.
