Examples of modern naval battle indicate that ship to ship and air to ship anti-ship missiles are the most dangerous threat to surface ships. In order to improve the defense capability of surface ships to anti-ship missiles, cooperative application of all kinds of soft and hard weapons in ships at multi-level is necessary.
