半潜船可拆卸式浮箱连接螺栓强度计算方法研究 被引量:5

摘要 随着半潜船的发展,可拆卸式浮箱的应用越来越广泛。基于水动力计算对船体的运动预报,和有限元结构分析方法,提出当半潜船的可拆卸式浮箱与船体结构之间采用螺栓连接方式时,可以通过预报的运动载荷计算浮箱的最大受力,并通过有限元结构分析计算各个螺栓的分布受力,在此基础上对螺栓强度进行计算。 With the development of semi-submersible vessels, the application of removable pontoons become wider and wider. Based on ship motion prediction from hydrodynamic computation and finite element structural analysis method, this paper proposes that when the semi-submersible vessel’s removable pontoon and the ship structures are connected by bolts, the maximum load can be estimated according to the predicted motions, and the force distribution of each bolt can be calculated through finite element analysis, then the bolt strength can be calculated accordingly.
