摘要
报告了以固体超强酸TiO2 /SO2 -4 为催化剂催化合成水杨酸异辛酯 .当水杨酸∶异辛醇 =1∶3(摩尔比 ) ,催化剂用量为水杨酸的 9% (重量比 ) ,反应温度 1 85~ 1 95℃ ,反应 3.5h ,水杨酸转化率达 98.2 % .
In this paper, the synthesis of iso octyl salicylate was catalyzed by the solid super acid TiO 2/SO 2- 4 taking the place of conc. H 2SO 4. According to experimental results, the optimum condition of esterfication were: salicylic acid/iso octyl alcohol=1/3(molar ratio), catalyst 9%(based on the weight of salicylic acid), reacting time 3.5h and the conversion rate of salicylic acid 98.2%.
