超声波辐射条件下偕二胺衍生物的构建合成

Synthesis of gem-diamines derivatives under ultrasonic irradiation

摘要 研究了超声波辐射条件下,以二氯乙烷为溶剂、FeCl3为催化剂、吡咯烷酮化合物与各种N-亲核试剂的胺化反应,通过抽滤、水洗分离方法得到一系列较高产率的偕二胺化合物,后处理简单无需柱层析。通过IR、1H NMR、高分辨质谱(HRMS)对系列产物做了表征。 A novel FeCl3-catalyzed intermolecular amination of N-acyliminium species with various N-sources under ultrasonic irradiation is developed. This method provides an efficient and chromatography-free access to gem-diamines equivalents with good yields. The desired products are confirmed by IR ,1H NMR and HRMS.
