摘要
采用单因素实验和响应面法对茶叶废弃物吸附模拟废水中苯酚进行了优化,研究过程中选取温度、茶叶量、初始苯酚浓度和吸附反应时间为四个影响因素,苯酚吸附率为响应值。响应面法优化的结果表明,最佳反应条件为:温度35.65℃,茶叶量0.59 g,初始浓度210.76 mg·L-1,反应时间67.42 min。在最优化的条件下,响应面模型的预测吸附率为9.90%,实测的苯酚吸附率与预测值基本符合,其值为9.58%,偏差为3.23%。
The single factor experiments and response surface methodology ,including four factors:temperature , tea quality,initial phenol concentration and adsorption time ,were employed to investigate the phenol removal from simulated waste water by spent tea leaves. The experimental results show that the optimal absorption condi-tions are 35.65 ℃,0.59 g of spent tea ,the initial concentration of phenol 210.76 mg·L-1,and the adsorption time 67.42 min. Under the optimal conditions, the absorption rate of phenol presumed by the model of response sur-face is 9.90%. And the results of confirmatory experiments indicate that the removal of phenol is 9.58%when the absorption process is performed under the above optimal conditions. Namely, the predicted value of the model al-most tallies with the experimental value, and its deviation is only 3.23%.
