摘要
为了提高沥青混合料的路用性能,在基质沥青中加入橡胶粉进行复合改性,对橡胶改性沥青的性能进行技术指标测试,并分析橡胶粉与沥青的作用机理。通过室内试验,对橡胶改性沥青混合料进行了车辙试验、低温弯曲试验和残留稳定度试验,并与基质沥青混合料、SBS改性沥青混合料进行对比,检验橡胶改性沥青混合料的高、低温稳定性能以及抗水损害性。研究表明,橡胶改性沥青混合料的改性效果显著。
In order to improve the pavement performance of asphalt mixture, rubber powder is added to the matrix asphalt to realize the compound modification. The technical indicators of the performance of the rubber-modified asphalt are tested, with the mechanism of the rubber powder and asphalt analyzed. Through laboratory tests, the rutting tests, the low-temperature bending tests,and the remaining stability tests of the rubber-modified asphalt mixture, and comparing the residual matrix asphalt with the SBS modified asphalt mixture, to test the stability performance of the rubber modified asphalt mixture at both high temperature and low temperature and its resistance to water damage. Our research shows that the effect of the rubber modified asphalt mixture is remarkable.
