国外智能交通系统研究动向

Study Trend of Foreign Intelligent Transportation System

随着汽车保有量的增加，交通事故、交通堵塞、环境污染等交通问题越来越严重，已经成为全球性的社会公害问题。美国、欧洲和日本等工业发达国家投入大量人力和物力进行智能交通系统（ＩＴＳ）的研究，以期解决汽车带来的交通问题。本文简要介绍了ＩＴＳ的分类和历史回顾，着重介绍了近年来ＩＴＳ研究的主要项目和动向，最后介绍了ＩＴＳ国际标准化情况。

The traffic problems such as traffic accident, traffic blocking, envirenment pollution and etc. are more and more severe and become the social effects of pollution in global with increasing of automotive registration. Some advanced industry countries such as America, Europe, Japan and etc. have invested a lot of man power and material for studying on IT system to solve the traffic problems caused by motor vehicles. This paper introduces in brief the classification of ITS and the back view of its history, describes on emphasis the main projects and trend of ITS development in recent years and dessribes finally the international standardization in ITS.
