摘要 本文首先阐述了实施催化转化器快速老化方法的重要意义和研究概况,然后简要介绍了快速老化试验设备和试验程序。着重描述了催化转化器快速老化试验前后分别在发动机台架上及装在轿车上的净化性能试验结果,说明该快速老化试验方法具有较好的分辨力。通过与催化转化器装车实际老化试验的对比,初步显示了该快速老化试验方法与催化转化器实车老化的相关性。 The importance of implementing fast aging method for catalytic converter is firstly described in this paper, then the fast aging test equipment and test procedure we adopted are introduced. By comparing the engine bench evaluation data and vehicle evaluation data of two different type catalytic converters before and after the fast aging test, we can see good resolution of the fast aging test method. We also present some emission data of the test car, which is equipped with real car aged converter and fast aged converter respectively, to show the correlation of the two aging methods.
