基于SWOT+AHP分析法的旅游发展战略研究——以资源枯竭型城市阜新为例

Study on Tourism Development Strategy Based on SWOT + AHP Analysis Method——Taking Resource-exhausted City Fuxin as an Example

在对阜新旅游资源进行SWOT定性分析的基础上,采用AHP定量分析方法,通过专家打分赋予因子权重和得分,得出阜新内部因素得分为0.9205,外部因素得分为0.4288,处于坐标轴的第一象限,应选择增长型战略。提出阜新旅游发展的"1234"工程,即主抓一个核心、完成两个转变、推进三种模式、做好四类旅游,希冀对阜新旅游业发展提供一定参考价值。

Based on the SWOT qualitative analysis method of Fuxin tourism resources,this paper adopted AHP quantitative analysis method. After getting the factor weights and scores given by experts,this paper concluded the internal factor score of Fuxin which was 0. 9205, external factor score was 0. 4288,which was located in the first quadrant of coordinate system. So the authors chose the growth strategy and put forward the＂1234＂project of tourism development in Fuxin： one core,two changes,three models and four types of tourism. And we hope it could provide the certain reference value to the development of tourism industry in Fuxin.
