摘要
针对云制造环境下的云服务组合优选问题,提出了一种包括服务筛选和服务组合优化的制造云服务组合优选方法。首先,依据用户需求运用证据推理方法对制造云服务进行筛选形成候选云服务集,使得云服务组合优化的解空间大为缩小;而后,建立以时间最短、质量最高和成本最小为目标的多目标规划模型,从各候选云服务集中选取制造云服务进行组合,确定最优的制造云服务组合方案。以汽车零部件加工相关的云服务组合优化为例,与不包含服务筛选的云服务组合优化进行对比,阐述了提出的方法的应用性、有效性和高效性。
For the optimization problems of cloud service composition in the cloud manufacturing environment,this paper proposed an optimization method of manufacturing cloud service composition,which contained the screening and the optimization of service composition.First,by using the evidential reasoning approach,it screened manufacturing cloud services to form the set of candidate cloud services according to the requirements of users,which reduced the solution space of the optimization of cloud service composition.Second,it constructed a multi-objective programming model regarding the shortest time,the highest quality,and the minimum cost as objectives.The model was solved to determine the optimal manufacturing cloud service composition,in which each manufacturing cloud service was chosen from one set of candidate cloud services.The optimization of cloud service composition relevant to the manufacturing of car components was investigated to demonstrate the applicability,validity,and high-efficiency of the proposed method,by comparing it with the optimization of cloud service composition without screening services.
