摘要
为了有效获取机械产品设计中的用户需求信息,快速提取设计人员的经验知识并加以重用,指导产品创新与快速设计。通过分析CAD/CAM系统资源重用和协同支持在快速响应中的应用特性,提出了典型机械产品快速响应设计的技术框架以及设计流程,构建了基于领域本体的产品全生命周期产品信息模型以及基于该模型的快速设计框架。通过对机械产品的非结构化数据的研究,采用层次/模块化方法对产品设计知识进行划分,结合基于领域本体的信息抽取技术实例化本体。在此基础上,将粗糙集理论应用到历史数据挖掘中,从而发现产品全生命周期数据间隐含的设计知识,建立了产品方案设计模型。
The product innovation and rapid design was guided by effective access to required information and rapid extraction of design experience. The rapid response design framework and design process of typical mechanical products was proposed by analyzing resource reuse and collaborative CAD/CAM system support in the application of quick response characteristics Simultaneously, the product whole life cycle of product information model and the rapid design framework of the model based on domain ontology was set up. Through the study of mechanical products of unstructured data, combined the level/modular approach of product design knowledge division with the technology of information extraction based on domain ontology to require the instantiation of ontology. The rough set theory was applied in product data mining to discovery implicit knowledge which guide the product innovative design.
