摘要 干切削加工作为绿色制造的关键技术之一,已越来越为机械制造企业所重视。文章在分析干切削加工因缺少冷却液的冷却、润滑和协助排屑所产生的切削温度升高、刀具磨损加快等不利影响的基础上,以减少刀具磨损、延长刀具使用寿命、保证零件的加工精度和工件表面质量为目的,从刀具材料选择、刀具涂层技术以及刀具几何形状等方面对干切削刀具的合理化设计予以重点阐述,为合理设计干切削刀具提供了一定的参考。 As a key technique of green manufacture, dry cutting has been paid close attention by more and more machinery manufacturing enterprises. Due to lacking of coolant liquid, dry cutting has some disadvantages unavoidably. Such as high cutting temperature from poor cooling, lubricating and assistance of chip removal, serious tool wear. In this paper, based on the analyses of bad effects, tool materials selection, tool coating techniques and tool geometry optimization for dry cutting are elaborated so as to reducing tool wear, lengthening tool life, guaranteeing process quality and surface quality of work pieces. It aims to provide references for optimization of dry cutting tool design.
