摘要
汽车变速箱生产线物料装配拧紧防错系统以.NET为开发平台、使用C#为开发语言,基于数据库和OPC技术,结合变速箱装配工艺流程,利用MES、ANDON为载体,将拧紧装配工艺以信息化方式应用到实际的变速箱生产过程,并实现对拧紧数据采集、报警显示、历史数据查询、报表管理等功能,是汽车变速箱装配线质量管理的有效方式。该系统已经实际运行并通过技术鉴定,达到了设计要求,运行稳定,效果良好。
The automobile gearbox production line materials assembly and tighten error-proofing system is developed on . NET platform, using c# as development language, based on database and OPC technology, combined with the gearbox assembly process, the use of MES, ANDON as the carrier to tighten the assembly process by informationization method is applied to the actual transmission process, and realizes tighten data acquisition, alarm display, historical data query, report management and other functions, is an effective way of automobile transmission assembly line quality control. The system has been running and passed tech- nical appraisal, meet the design requirements, stable operation and good effect.
