消食导滞推拿法治疗小儿乳食内积44例观察

目的:观察消食导滞推拿法治疗小儿乳食内积的临床疗效。方法:88例分为两组各44例,治疗组用推胃经、揉板门、推四横纹、运内八卦、揉按中脘、分腹阴阳及推下七节骨治疗,对照组口服化积口服液。结果:总有效率治疗组97.7%,对照组84.1%,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05),治疗组疗效明显优于对照组。结论:消食导滞推拿法治疗小儿乳食内积疗效显著。

Objective： to eliminate lag massage in the treatment of clinical curative effect of dairy food product.Method： selection of push stomach, rubbing doors, push gossip within the four horizontal, transported, rubbing on zhongwan, belly and pushed seven bones of yin and Yang in treatment of children within the milk food product, and with a control plot to use oral oral liquid in treating clinical observation.Results： group total effective rate 97.7%, control group of 84.1%, there are significant differences between the two sets of therapeutic value （ P〈0.05 ） , the curative effect is superior to treatment group control group. Conclusion： eliminate lag massage in the treatment of dairy food product effective.
