雷公藤多苷提取物中主要有效部位的含量比较

Con tent Comparison of Main Effective Components in Tripterygium Glycosides Extracts

目的比较3个厂家10个批次的雷公藤多苷提取物中总二萜、总三萜、总生物碱3个有效部位的含量。方法采用紫外可见分光光度法,分别选择雷公藤甲素、雷公藤红素、雷公藤次碱为对照,雷公藤多苷样品经适当预处理后测定其中各有效部位的含量。结果各样品中,总二萜的含量为(2.33±0.12)^(10.79±0.14)mg/g,总三萜的含量为(72.47±3.48)^(320.64±10.66)mg/g,总生物碱的含量为(269.58±1.27)^(708.01±1.91)mg/g。结论雷公藤多苷的有效部位中,总二萜的含量最低,其次为总三萜,总生物碱的含量最高;在3个厂家的各批次样品中,各有效部位的含量分别相差4.6倍、4.4倍和2.6倍。

Objective： To compare the content of three effective components of total diterpenoids,total triterpenoids and total alkaloids in ten batches of tripterygium glycosides extracts from three manufacturers. Methods： With triptolide ,celastrol and wilforine as the standards ,total diterpenoids ,total triterpenoids and total alkaloids were determined by UV-Vis spectrophotometry after suitable pretreatment of the samples. Results： The content of total diterpenoids was from （2.33±0.12） to （10.79±0.14） mg/g,and the content of total triterpenoids was from （72.47±3.48） to （320.64±10.66） mg/g,while the content of total alkaloids was from （269.58±1.27） to （708.01±1.91） mg/g. Conclusion： Among three effective components,the content of total diterpenoids was the lowest,followed by total triterpenoids and total alkaloids. The contents of effective components were 4.6 times, 4.4 times and 2.6 times respectively among different batches of samples produced by three manufacturers.
