摘要 近来,MOOCs(大规模开放网络课程)热潮国内外不断升温,歧义丛生。理智冷静地解读和分析MOOCs和SPOC(小规模限制性在线课程),cMOOC和xMOOC等概念,以及MOOCs的本质和价值。国内外推动MOOCs潮流迅速发展的主要力量是大学内部创新发展的力量、技术创新的力量、资本的力量,这三种力量反映了不同的社会需求、动机和利益,三者之间的关系错综复杂,由此决定了MOOCs潮流的多元价值导向,成为多种力量之间博弈的舞台,吸纳着越来越多的资源和智慧,引发了从大学细胞结构到高等教育各层次决策、管理模式的全方位裂变。强调必须从大学未来走向的战略视野引领和推动这一世界潮流健康发展。 MOOCs (Massive Open Online Courses), despite its ambiguity, has become a buzz topic in recent years. We should to make a rational and dialectical analysis of MOOCs, SPOC, and by distinguishing between cMOOC and xMOOC. The driving forces of MOOCs are three-fold: the innovative developmental force coming from inside higher education, the innovative force of technology, and the force of capital Representing different social needs, motivation, and interests, the three forces interweave and therefore make the MOOC fervor multi- value oriented. MOOCs have become a game for multi-forces, attracting ever increasing resources and wisdom. They are also leading up to fission in higher education, ranging from its cells to its overall decision-making and management. This article stresses a visionary and strategic orientation to guide and promote the healthy development of this global MOOC trend.
