摘要
近年来,随着我国博士生培养规模的进一步扩大,如何完善博士点质量评估体系、保障和提高博士点教育质量成为新的关注点。全美博士点质量评估体系具有多主体分工协作、综合反映师生多层次需求、针对性突出等特点,我国博士点质量评估体系的构建应借鉴全美博士点质量评估的成功经验,动员社会广泛参与,设置多层评估指标,增强评估的针对性。
In recent years, as the widening of doctoral education scale in our country, how to improve the quality assessment of doctoral programs with the purpose of ensuring and improving the quality of doctoral programs becomes the new focus. On the basis of summarizing the development of the Quality Assessment of Doctoral Programs in the U.S., this essay deep studied the Quality Assessment of Doctoral Programs in the U.S. (2006) in three dimensions: assessment agents, indicator system and target of assessment, discovers that the quality assessment system which focus on doctoral programs in American has few characteristics such as the multi-agent collaboration pattern, the multi-levelindicators which reflect hierarchical demand of teachers and students in doctoral programs, position-relevant of the assessment and so on. In the end, the essay offers relevant proposals associated with the construction and improvement of doctoral programs assessment in China.
