高校班级规模扩大探析

我国高校应然的班级规模既要参考重要依据,又要基于我国高等教育的现实。现实是班级规模的确扩大了,其原因包括高校扩招,国家对高等教育投入不足,现代教学技术运用,高校教室紧张和大教室增多,部分高校忽视教育规律,过分追逐办学效益,一些专任教师不上本专科生课和学生专业选择非理性和功利性等。高校班级规模扩大对教学目标、教学方法、教师教学行为、教育关照度、因材施教和学生课堂参与产生了不利影响,应当通过增强教师的教学责任感和敏感性、提高教学能力来控制。

The rational college class size depends on the important foundations and our Chinese＇s reality of higher education. College class size is large in fact. The causes of enlarging college class size are college enrollment expanding, insufficient investment in higher education, the progress of modern teaching technology, the stress of college classrooms, the increase of acollege big classroom, college ignoring the educational laws and too much to chase the benefits of running a school, some teacher＇ not lecturing and student＇ irrationality and utility of selection the majors. College class size enlarging has the negative effect on teaching goals,teaching methods, teachers＇ teaching behaviors, educational careness, adaptable teaching and students＇ participating in class activity. Teacher should reinforce teaching responsibility and sensitiveness and raise teaching ability in order to control the negative effect on teaching.
