摘要
科学合理的教学质量保障机制是大学持续发展的重要路径。目前国内研究尚少的宁波诺丁汉大学不仅是跨境高等教育机构的代表,也是中国第一所具有独立法人资格的中外合作大学。作为国际优质教育资源的实验区,该校引进英国诺丁汉大学的质量标准且在教学实践中探索前行,其教学质量保障机制体现为三个特点:基于质量标准的学业评价机制引领学生的自主学习;基于质量标准的课程实施机制指向教师的负责教学;基于质量标准的师生互动机制推进教与学的彼此促进。这三大实施机制的推进对我国高校的教学实践改革具有启示意义。
Excellent assurance mechanism is of great importance contributing to the sustainable development of university. The University of Nottingham Ningbo, as one case of cross-border higher education institutes and also the first Sino-foreign University, which depends on the introduction of the Nottingham quality standards into its practice of teaching and learning. In this paper, the author took the deep case study toward the University of Nottingham Ningbo, by conducting the text analysis and interviews toward students. Finally, three key mechanisms were found to be playing the important role to contributing to its high quality, which include: quality-oriented academic evaluation mechanism, curriculum implementation mechanism and interaction mechanism between faculty and students, delivering great significance to the practice of other universities in China.
