摘要
现代信息技术的发展带动物流产业的飞速提升,包括物流运行模式、管理方式和人才能力素质的动态变化。通过对浙江省物流从业人员结构、近5年物流专业毕业生学历层次以及人才需求现状分析,构建了面向动态能力需求的分类多层物流人才培养体系。该体系根据物流能力需求的动态变化开展培养方案制定和培养路径设计,提出了面向应用类、创新类、创业类三类物流人才的知识模块,设计双向教学质量考评和校友反馈等人才质量培养保障机制。
Logistics industry is promoted by modem information technology, including logistics operation mode, management pattern and dynamic changes of human resource capacity. This article constructs a hierarchical logistics education system for dynamic social needs oriented based on the analysis of structure of Zhejiang logistics professionals, high school graduates and logistics personnel needs in the last five years. This system contains six elements, which consist of career analysis, logistics capability modules, course scheduling, practice system, as well as a two-way educating quality assessment and feedback protection mechanism. Three kind of logistics talents and its cultivation methods and paths are proposed.
