青花菜生育期的主基因+多基因遗传分析 被引量:2

Genetic Analysis of Growth Period Using Mixed Major Gene Plus Polygene Inheritance Model in Brassica oleracea L. var. italica

摘要 为了解青花菜生育期的遗传机理及新品种选育提供理论指导,以定植至现蕾的天数作为青花菜生育期的参考指标,以2个生育期差异较大的青花菜自交系作亲本配制的6个联合世代(P1、P2、F1、B1、B2和F2)群体为试验材料,采用植物数量性状主基因+多基因混合遗传模型分析方法对青花菜生育期进行遗传分析。结果表明:青花菜杂交种F1的生育期介于双亲之间,偏向于高亲值;生育期性状的遗传符合两对主基因加性-显性-上位性模型(B-1模型);B1、B2和F2世代主基因遗传率分别为44%、59%和56%,主基因遗传率中等,受环境的影响比较大,可以在早期世代进行初选。 In order to analyze the genetic mechanism of growth period and provide the theoretical supports forbreeding in broccoli(Brassica oleracea L. var. Italica), six generations(P1, P2, F1, B1, B2 and F2) derived fromtwo morphologically dissimilar broccoli inbred lines were used for genetic analysis of growth period trait basedon mixed major gene plus polygene inheritance model. We designated the growth period as the days from fieldplanting to flower buds emergence in this experiment. The results showed that the mean values of F1 liedbetween two parents but it was much closer to the high valued parent in growth period traits. Meanwhile, thegrowth period traits were controlled by two additive-dominant-epitasis major genes(B-1 Model). The majorgene heritabilities of B1, B2 and F2 populations were 44%, 59% and 56%, respectively. And the major geneheritability was relatively moderate and was influenced by environment significantly, which could be used inthe selection of early generation in broccoli.
