Impact of Maize Genotype on the Characteristic of Rhizospheric Microbes

摘要 旨在研究不同玉米品种对根际微生物的活性及其群落组成的影响;选取品种‘郑单958’、‘陕单8806’、‘中单909’、‘农华101’做温室盆栽试验,开花期收获并测定作物生物量和根际微生物特性;作物生物量、根际β-葡糖苷酶活性、易提态球囊霉素蛋白、总球囊霉素蛋白含量、革兰氏阳性细菌、革兰氏阴性细菌、真菌生物量均按品种‘郑单958’、‘陕单8806’、‘中单909’、‘农华101’的顺序增加,不同品种的根际微生物磷脂脂肪酸的含量和成分不同,不同品种的根际丛枝菌根真菌群落结构存在差异,作物生物量(尤其是冠部生物量)与大多数微生物性质之间存在明显正相关关系;本研究表明不同玉米品种之间形态学上的差异可能会导致根际土壤微生物活性和群落组成上的分异。 This study aimed to explore the effects of different genotypes of maize(Zea mays L.) on the activity and community composition of rhizospheric microbes. Pot experiment for genotype‘Zhengdan No. 958', ‘Shandan No. 8806',‘Zhongdan No. 909', and'Nonghua No. 101'were carried out in a greenhouse. Plants were harvested at the flowering stage, and crop biomass and the characteristic of rhizospheric microbes were determined. The results showed that crop biomass, β-glucosidase activity, easily extractable glomalin-related soil protein(GRSP), total GRSP, and the biomass of gram-positive bacteria, gram-negative bacteria, and fungi in the rhizosphere increased following genotype:‘Zhengdan No. 958'‘Shandan No. 8806'‘Zhongdan No. 909'‘Nonghua No. 101'. The microbes inhabiting the rhizosphere of different genotypes had the differences in the abundances and components of phospholipid fatty acids. There were different structures of Arbuscular mycorrhizal fungal community in the rhizosphere of different genotypes. Crop biomass, especially shoot biomass, was positively and significantly correlated with most of microbial properties. The results suggested that the difference in the morphology among maize genotypes probably resulted in large differentiation in the activity and community composition of rhizospheric microbes.
