摘要
用硫酸浸出菱锰矿矿浆直接制得纯的硫酸锰溶液;用廉价的钛白副产绿矾和工业硫酸锌为原料经多次重结晶提纯后分别制得纯硫酸高铁酸性液和四羟基锌酸盐碱性液。利用酸碱中和原理,采用加入酸性锰铁溶液在四羟基锌酸盐强碱性溶液中以降低其pH值的方法,使锌再次回转成沉淀,并达到锰、铁、锌三者同时均匀沉淀的目的,沉淀经洗涤、磨细、过滤、烘干、预烧、烧结得到锰锌铁氧体磁性材料。该方法工艺独特、简单易行,生产成本低,样品磁导率高。
Pure manganese sulfate solution was directly prepared by leaching rhodochrosite pulp with sulfuric acid. Using cheap copperas of by-product of titanium dioxide and zinc sulfate for industrial use as raw materials, pure high iron sulfate acid fluid and tetracarbonyl zinc acid salt solution were prepared by multiple recrystallization. Based on acid-base neutralization, by putting manganese sulfate solution and iron sulfate acid fluid in etracarbonyl zinc acid salt solution to decrease the pH value, zinc precipitation is again formed and Mn, Zi and Fe were uniformly and simultaneously precipitated. Mn-Zn ferrite was prepared by washing, levigating, filtering, drying, piesintering and sintering the precipitations. The method is proved to be a unique, sample process for producing low cost and high permeability Mn-Zn ferrite.
