摘要
介绍了粘弹性磁性磨料的制备方法,运用流变学原理分析了粘弹性磁性磨料在磁场中的磁流变效应,发现磨料的剪切应力与磁场强度、基体粘度和固相体积分数有关。理论分析了磨料的光整机理,得出磨料的光整性能与磁场强度、磨料粘度和磨粒粒度相关。用磨料对45钢外圆表面进行光整加工实验,加工12min后工件表面粗糙度从1μm降到0.37μm,表明该磨料光整性能良好。实验发现在一定范围内磁场强度越高、磨料粘度越大、磨粒粒度越大磨料的光整性能越好,验证了理论分析得出的结论。
The preparation of viscoelastic-magnetic abrasive was introduced and rheology principle was used to analyze the magnetorheological effect of viscoelastic-magnetic abrasive in magnetic field. It is found that the shear stress was concerned with magnetic field intensity, viscosity of carrier and the volume percentage of solid phase. In addition, the finishing mechanism of the abrasive was theoretically analyzed and then turned out a conclusion that the abrasive finishing performance is related to magnetic field intensity, abrasive viscosity and abrasive particles size. Finally, in the experiments of viscoelastic-magnetic abrasive, cylindrical surface of 45 steel components were finished and the workpiece surface roughness decreases from 1.0μm to 0.37μm after 12 minutes, showing fine abrasive finishing performance. As a result, it is found and verified that higher magnetic field intensity, greater abrasive viscosity and larger abrasive particles lead better abrasive finishing performance.
