应用于飞机内铁磁件退磁的脉冲装置改进设计

摘要 针对航磁测量飞机内部铁磁件退磁的需要,对脉冲退磁装置进行了改进设计。通过对脉冲退磁的原理分析,揭示了从降低衰减因子和角频率角度对脉冲装置进行改进设计的三点不足。通过计算振幅衰减率得到脉冲磁场是等比例衰减的,比例常数可用作脉冲退磁效果的判定依据。制作了比例常数为0.5的脉冲退磁装置,该装置体积小、电压低,对四个圆柱磁体的退磁实验表明,三次退磁后的退磁率超过90%,满足磁测飞机内部磁环境优化要求。 Improved design on a PUlse device was proposed for the requirement of magnets demagnetization in the aeromagnetic survey aircraft. Three deficiencies of improvement design to a pulse device from the point of attenuation factor and angular frequency were discovered by analysis. Calculation of amplitude attenuation rate shows an equal-ratio attenuation of pulse field, and the proportional factor can be used to judge pulse demagnetization effectiveness. A pulse device with proportional factor of 0.5 was made, featuring small volume and low voltage. Demagnetization of four cylindrical magnets shows that the reducing of remanence is over 90% after three times of demagnetization meetingthe requirement of magnetic environment optimization.
