摘要 以松散型花椰菜子叶型小孢子胚为外植体,研究冷处理、活性炭及AgNO3对小孢子植株再生的影响。结果表明:对小孢子胚进行3 d的4℃冷处理培养,能提高其胚芽诱导率和胚芽数;培养基中添加1.0 g·L-1的活性炭对提高小孢子胚芽诱导率没有明显效果,但能有效减轻胚芽的玻璃化;添加5.0~7.0 mg·L-1的AgNO3对小孢子胚芽诱导有显著效果。 Microspore-derived embryos of loose-curd cauliflowers were used as explants. Effects of chilling, activated charcoal and AgNO3 on plant regeneration were studied. The results showed that cold treatment (4 ℃) for 3 days further increased the embryo germination in two genotypes tested. Adding activated charcoal in the medium showed no distinct difference for embryo germination, but the phenomenon of vitrification had been relieved. Adding 5.0-7.0 mg· L^-1 AgNO3 in the medium efficiently improved the embryo germination.
