摘要 随着人们对特色农产品需求的快速增长,消费者对农产品原产地信息也越来越重视。近年来,国内外开展了一些基于多元素指纹技术的特色农产品产地鉴别研究。研究表明,利用多元素含量差异可对农产品进行原产地判定。本文重点介绍了矿质元素指纹溯源技术的基本原理,以及它们在植源性农产品产地溯源中的研究现状,旨在为未来相关研究的发展和特色农产品原产地保护工作提供理论基础。 With the rapid growing demand of famous, special, high-quality and distinctive agricultural products, consumers have shown more attention to information about the geographical origin information of agricultural products. Recently, an amount of successful exploratory researches have been conducted to identify the geographical origin of agricultural products with multi-element fingerprint analysis at home and abroad. These researches all indicate that identification of geographical origin of agricultural products can be done with fingerprint patterns of muhi-elemental concentrations. This paper reviewed the basic principle of multi-element fingerprint traceability, and their research development in plant-derived agricultural products traceability. The aim of the paper is to provide theoretical bases for relevant studies and protection of geographical origin of agricultural products in the near future.
