摘要
综述了辽宁农产品对外贸易发展现状与特点,系统分析了中国加入世贸组织前后辽宁省农产品出口政策的变化情况,并提出相关专业人才队伍的建设、把握市场主动权、充分利用大连期货市场、积极进行对外投资,实践走出去战略等新的解决策略。
Summarized development status and characteristics of international trade of agricultural product in Liaoning,based on the current situation,analyzed the changes of agricultural export policies in Liaoning province after China joined the WTO , suggested some new strategy such as to strengthen the construction of talent team, grasp market initiative,and take advantage of the Dalian futures market,carry out foreign investment,practise going out strategy.
