立足于大连休闲渔业发展的实际情况,通过对公共政策相关理论的研究,对大连休闲渔业的发展从公共政策角度提出一系列改进意见,为促进大连市传统渔业的改造、调整大连休闲渔业产业的内部结构、改进渔业生产方式、提高渔民经济收入提供借鉴。
