摘要
研究了玻璃纤维增强环氧圆柱管作为缓冲装置的撞击吸能特性,并与铝合金圆柱管的吸能特性进行比较。研究发现,玻璃/环氧圆柱管的能量吸收性能优于铝合金圆柱管,可以作为可更换式的保险杠支架以提高汽车的耐撞性。研究了铺设角度,破坏模式和引发形式对玻璃/环氧圆柱管能量吸收能力的影响。
The crashworthiness of grass fiber reinforced epoxy tubes as collision bumper is studied and a comparison of absorption property with aluminum alloy tubes is made. It is found that grass/epoxy tubes can be replaceable collision bumper arm to improve crashworthiness of automobiles for its energy absorption property is superior to that of aluminum alloy tubes. The effects of lay angle, collision mode and cause form on energy absorption of grass/epoxy tubes are studied.
