摘要
指出了室内智能变电站在实现配送式建设方面的不足,提出了组合式二次设备的生产建设模式。介绍了组合式二次设备内二次等电位接地网与主接地网的一体化接地方案。对组合式二次设备吊装过程中的载荷进行力学分析,从应力和形变两方面验证设备强度的可靠性。采用双端预制的预制光缆代替现场熔接光纤的工艺,采用双端预制的预制电缆代替现场剥线压接的电缆连接工艺,大大提高了现场接线的效率,实现了二次设备的即插即用。
The deficiencies of the indoor intelligent substation in realization of assembly type construction were pointed out. The production construction mode of combined secondary equipment is proposed. The integrated grounding scheme of the secondary equipotential grounding network and the main grounding network in combined secondary equipment is introduced. The mechanical analysis for hoisting loading of combined secondary equipment was carried out,and the reliability of the equipment intensity was verified from both stress and deformation. The prefab optical cable with double prefabricated ends is adopted to replace the traditional site welding process. The prefab electric cable with double prefabricated ends is adopted to replace the traditional site stripping and crimping process. The efficiency of site wiring was improved greatly,and the plug-and play of secondary equipment was realized.
