Quality Control of Storing Silica Sand for Production of Photovoltaic Glass

随着光伏玻璃产能的不断扩大,优质硅砂矿资源愈显紧缺。为了扩大硅砂资源的选择范围,硅砂贮备质量的控制技术成为提高玻璃品质、改善工艺环境的重要环节。本文通过分析对比常规贮备硅砂控制方案的优劣,重点介绍了一种行之有效的新型"散砂库"方案,有力解决硅砂组分、水分波动问题,旨在为光伏玻璃原料的生产控制提供一种新思路。

The increasing production capacity of photovoltaic glass brings shortage of excellent silica sand .Therefore the quality control of storing silica sand plays important role in glass quality improvement. In this paper an effective new sand storing way , loose hilling yard, was described . This new store way avoid fluctuation of chemical composition and moisture of silica sand.
