摘要
为追求在变电站的全寿命周期内其成本最低,借鉴最优化理论和经济学基本原理,建立了变电站LCC评价模型。结合变电站典型设计方案,充分利用变压器与线路建设运行的经济技术参数,在保证供电可靠性要求下,提出了可在电网规划决策中采用全寿命周期成本LCC最小的分析思路来选择规划区内变电站的主变容量及台数。根据规划区域的经济发展水平、电力需求饱和度、负荷增长率、电压等级、容载比、地域属性、国家经济政策、城市发展规划以及评价模型的相关因素,分析了新设计的变电站数据,并验证了所提出模型的正确性和实用性,为电力系统规划人员在确定变电站规模方面提供了定量分析思路。
In order to pursuit the lowest cost of substation in its life cycle , a substation LCC evaluation model is established based on basic principles of optimization theory and economics. This paper proposed the idea selecting capacity and number of main transformer in substation by using least LCC (life cycle costs ) analysis in power network planning, considering full use of transformer and line construction and operation economic technical parameters combing typical substation design. According to this thought, a substation LCC evaluation model was established based on basic principles of optimization theory and economics. The article pointed out that the planning area's economic development level, saturation power demand, load growth, voltage, capacity-load ratio, geographical attributes, national economic policy and urban development planning are relevant factors of the evaluation model. The data of new designed substation verify the correctness and usefulness of the model. This new method provides a quantitative analysis in determining the size of the substation for power system planners.
