摘要
分布式光伏发电接入配电网是未来发展的趋势。以提高分布式光伏接入容量为目的,综合分析了制约分布式光伏接入的约束条件;以潮流分布、电压分布、电能质量等为限制条件提出配电网改造目标,利用层次分析法从分布式光伏能接入、能消纳、能稳定方面提出了电网改造措施,在综合考虑改造的经济效益的基础上,实现了对配网接纳分布式光伏"改造有措施"。研究结果为提高配电网分布式光伏的消纳能力,确保电网的安全、可靠运行方面具有实际的推广意义。
Distribution network with access of distributed photovoltaic power is the trend in the future.In order to improve the capacity of distributed photovoltaic power,the comprehensive analysis is carried out on the constraints of distributed photovoltaic access.The tidal current,voltage distribution and power quality are put forward as the constraints for the reconstruction of distribution network.By using the analytic hierarchy process (AHP),the reconstruction measures are proposed from the aspects of access,given ability and stability.Based on the comprehensive consideration of economic benefits,the "transform measures" is finally achieved to the acceptance of distributed photovoltaic power.The study is significant to improve the given ability of distribution network accessed distributed photovoltaic power,which can ensure the safety and reliability of power grid.
