摘要
清人徐养原、王引之、汪远孙、章寿康等云董增龄为归安人,清人汪曰桢以及近代周庆云修纂《南浔镇志》只云董为归安廪生,近代学者范希增、王欣夫等以董增龄为乌程人。由于资料未足,这两种说法都各有理据,也都未为稳妥。
Some scholars of the Qing Dynasty said that Dong Zeng-ling was from Gui’an. Wang Yue-zhen and Zhou Qing-yun said that Dong was Lin sheng from Gui’an. But Modern scholars believe that he comes from Wu cheng. Because of inadequate information, both are reasonable but at the same time are questionable.
