Study on Development of Container Sea-rail Inter-model Transportation in Shanghai International shipping Center

通过概述上海国际航运中心建设发展、上海港集装箱集疏运结构现状,分析上海港集装箱公路、水路、铁路集疏运体系,提出构筑上海港海铁联运体系、构建综合交通运输体系、加强城市和港口融合互动等上海港集装箱海铁联运发展对策,最后阐明港站分离条件下、上海港集疏运体系下上海港集装箱海铁联运的发展模式。

Through expounding the construction and development of Shanghai International Shipping Center and the structure status of Shanghai container collecting and distributing transportation, this paper analyzes the container collecting and distributing transport system of highway, waterway and railway in Shanghai ports, puts forward the countermeasures of developing container sea-rail inter-model transportation in Shanghai ports, such as building sea-rail inter-model transport system in Shanghai ports, establishing comprehensive traffic and transportation system and strengthening the integration and interaction between city and port. In the end, the paper expounds the development mode of container sea-rail inter-model transportation in Shanghai ports under its collecting and distributing transport system as well as the condition of separating between port and station.
