摘要
成3井是为探索侏罗系油藏而在准噶尔盆地中央坳陷部署的一口预探井,完钻井深4 821 m。二开裸眼段长3 200 m,井壁稳定难度大;西山窑组至八道湾组煤层发育,井壁失稳严重。通过使用铝胺抑制防塌钻井液,施工中采用合理密度支撑–多元协同抑制–双重封堵防塌措施,辅助相应的维护处理工艺,解决了长裸眼段和煤层段的井壁失稳难题,而且机械钻速得到显著提高。全井机械钻速7.68 m/h,创造该区块钻速新纪录。
Cheng 3 well was an important exploratory test well, and it was located on middle depression in Junggar Basin. The total depth was 4 821 m. The borehole stability was difficult in the second interval because the length of barefoot interval was 3 200 m. The horehole was very instable in the formation from Xishanyao Formation to Badaowan Foramtion because of coal bed. After aluminium and amine drilling fluid with inhibit and anti-caving was applied, these measures of strutting with reasonable density, multi-coordination inhibition, formation sealing to anti-caving with double agent were taken, and the problem of borehole instability in long barefoot interval and coal bed interval was solved. The rate of penetration was raised evidently. Average rate of penetration was 7.68m/ h, and the record of penetration rate was created.
