摘要
论述了采用冷挤压工艺代替传统拉伸工艺加工生产铝制容器的优点,并且对铝制容器进行了冷挤压工艺过程分析,拟制了新的工艺方案,对模具结构进行了合理的设计,利用数控机床加工出模具主要零部件,将冷挤压模具装在压力机上,通过冷挤压加工方式将实心铝锭挤压成型为中空容器。实践表明,采用冷挤压成形方法制造中空容器效果良好。
The paper discusses the advantages of using cold extrusion process instead of traditional drawing process in the production of aluminum containers, analyses the process of cold extrusion, formulates a new process scheme, designs the mold structure, uses CNC machine to manufacture the main parts of the mold. The cold extrusion tool mounted on the press extrudes hollow containers from solid aluminum. Practice proves it is effective to use cold extrusion manufacturing hollow containers.
