摘要 为了提高高职高专数控技术专业学生的创新能力与工程实践能力,培养适应社会要求的高技能应用型人才。将《数控机床与系统》课程进行教学改革,改变传统的教学方法,实施"学中做、做中学","教、学、做"一体化的教学模式。采用六步法组织教学,采取灵活多样的教学方法,建立多元化的考核机制。该教学模式的实施,提高了学生工程实践能力,缩小学校人才培养与社会实际需求之间的差距。 In order to improve the creativity and practice ability of higher vocational CNC technology majors and cultivate high skill and practical talents to meet the requirements of the society, we should carry out teaching reform and change the traditional teaching method. "Learning by doing" and "doing by learning", the so called "teach-learn-practice" integrated teaching model is widely accepted and advocated. It adopts six steps to organize teaching, applies various flexible teaching methods and establishes diversified assessment mechanism. The implementation of the teaching mode improves the students' ability of engineering practice and reduces the gap between school education and social actual demand.
