山西省县域经济农业与城镇化的相互影响研究

On Agriculture and Urbanization Interaction of County Economy of Shanxi

城镇化是促进城乡协调发展的重要途径。将农业与城镇化之间的相互影响作为研究对象,采用文献分析方法,建立县域经济农业与城镇化发展水平两个指标体系,通过改进熵值法计算指标权重,分析山西省119个县区在农业与城镇化发展水平方面的差异性、协调性与相关性。研究发现,山西省各县域经济农业发展水平和城镇化发展水平存在明显差异;农业与城镇化协调发展水平同样存在较大差异,且呈现四种不同的发展状态;山西省县域经济农业对城镇化发展的制约与促进作用不明显,城镇化带来了农民收入的增加,但农业发展速度远低于城镇化发展速度,尤其是农业现代化进程缓慢,并据此提出建议。

Urbanization plays an important role in promoting urban and rural coordinated development. This paper focuses on the interaction between agriculture and urbanization. Through literature analysis, it establishes two index systems of agriculture and the level of urbanization of county economy. Besides, improved entropy is used to calculate index weigh and to analyze the difference, coordination and correlation among 119 counties in Shanxi province in terms of their agricul- ture and urbanization. The result shows that there are great difference in terms of their development of agriculture and ur- banization. Differences also exist in their agricultural development and urban and rural coordinated development with four different development type. There is unobvious relationship between agriculture and urbanization. Urbanization is found to boost farmers＇ income but outpace agriculture development, especially agricultural modernization in a slow pace. Policy suggestions have been put forward.
