microRNA657与新疆维吾尔族高脂血症相关性研究 被引量:1

The study on the correlation between microRNA657 and hyperlipemia in Uygur population

摘要 目的探讨微小RNA657(microRNA657)与新疆维吾尔族高脂血症的相关关系。方法选择维吾尔族高脂血症组与血脂正常组抗凝全血样本各14例,留取血样检测甘油三酯、胆固醇等指标,采用Real-Time PCR检测差异表达的microRNA。结果与维吾尔族血脂正常组相比,维吾尔族高脂血症组抗凝全血中microRNA657的表达量下降,分别为(2.664±0.73)、(0.883±0.32),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);高脂血症组患者的年龄、空腹血糖(FPG)、甘油三酯(TG)水平均高于血脂正常组,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)水平均低于血脂正常组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);偏相关性分析发现microRNA657的表达量与舒张压和收缩压呈负相关。结论维吾尔族高血脂人群抗凝全血中microRNA657的表达量显著降低,提示microRNA657表达量的降低可能与维吾尔族高脂血症相关。 Objective To investigate the expression of microRNA657 in peripheral anticoagulant blood and its relationship with hyperlipemia in Uygur population .Methods 14 blood samples from Uygur hyper-lipemia patients and 14 blood samples from normal plasma lipid were collected .Fasting plasma glucose (FPG) ,triglyceride (TG) ,total cholesterol (TC) ,high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) ,low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) were determined .And further microRNA was confirmed by quan-titative real-time RT-PCR .Results The level of microRNA657 expression in hyperlipemia group was lower than normal plasma lipid group (2 6.64 ± 0 7.3 vs 0 8.83 ± 0 3.2 ,P 〈0.05) in real-time PCR .The age , FPG and TG level in Uygur hyperlipemia group was higher than that of normal plasma lipid group ,HDL-C was lower than normal plasma lipid group (P 〈0.05) .Partial correlation analysis showed that the level&amp;nbsp;of microRNA657 expression in anticoagulant blood in Uygur population was negatively correlated with di-astolic and systolic blood pressure .Conclusion The level of microRNA657 expression in peripheral antico-agulant blood in Uygur hyperlipemia population has significantly reduced .The reduced level of microR-NA657 expression may be related to Uygur hyperlipemia .
