摘要
目的:建立黄白通气颗粒的质量控制标准。方法采用薄层色谱法(T LC法)对大黄进行定性鉴别;采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC法)对大黄素和大黄酚进行定量测定。结果 TLC能对大黄进行专属定性分析;大黄素在01.25∽03.74μg范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,r =09.999,平均回收率为979.%,RSD=13.1%;大黄酚在01.50∽04.51μg范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,r =09.999,平均回收率为982.%,RSD=13.5%。三批样品中大黄素、大黄酚总含量分别为156.7、157.4、158.8 m g/袋。结论所建立的方法稳定、准确,重现性好,可用于黄白通气颗粒的质量控制。
Objective To establish the quality standard for Huangbai Tongqi Granules .Methods Rhubarb was identified by TLC ;Emodin and Chrysophanol were determined by HPLC .Results Rhubarb could be detected by TLC ;Emodin showed a good linear relationship at a range of 0 1.25∽0 3.74 μg ,r =0 .999 9 . The average recovery was 97 .9% ,and RSD was 1 .31% ;Chrysophanol showed a good linear relationship at a range of 0 .150∽0. 451 μg ,r =0 .999 9 .The average recovery was 98. 2% ,and RSD was 1. 35% ;Conclu-sion T he established methods are stable ,accurate and reproducible .It can be used for the quality control of Huangbai Tongqi Granules .
