摘要 分析地理信息系统(GIS)、北斗卫星导航、GPS、位置信息服务、移动互联网传输等技术在交通物流中的应用,提出基于移动互联网与GIS的预警图像传输优化方法。物流运输监测预警图像适配视频传感器在动态检测图像上结合Exif信息匹配地理信息坐标位置网点,采用哈夫曼编码进行图像压缩、运动检测算法处理图像冗余,并采用纹理合成的匹配块图像修复失真等方法还原图像数据,最终实现不同空间地理位置的地图查询、路径搜索、位置检索、地图匹配等交通物流过程动态控制,并通过Matlab仿真实验证明了传输优化的可行性。 This paper analyzes the application of transportation logistics using GIS, Beidou satellite navigation, GPS, location informational services, mobile internet transmission and so on, and proposes the method of warning image transmission based on mobile internet and GIS. The video sensor is used to detect the image dynamically, combining the Exif information with geo - location information. And the Huffman code is used to compress the images, while the motion detection algorithm is used to remove the image redundancy. The texture synthesis image restoration matching block distortion method is used to restore the image data. Finally the Transportation and logistics process dynamic control such as map query, path searching, position searching, map matching from different area can be realized. The Feasibility of transmission optimization is proved by the simulation experiment on the MATLAB.
