摘要
根据汽车仪表指针压装控制系统的特点,采用自上而下三级控制架构来设计与开发基于PLC和触摸屏的仪表指针自动压装控制系统。该系统实现了汽车仪表指针自动完成一系列的压装控制,并对压装过程的质量进行实时监控,科学合理的控制使指针仪表品质得到了提升。
The paper deals with the application of top -down three control structure to design and develop meter pointer press - fit control system based on PLC, touch screen technology and the characteristics of auto meter pointer press -fit control system. The system provides the car meter pointer with an automatic complete series of press - fit control, and the real - time monitoring of the press - fit process quality. Such a scientific and rational control system greatly improves the quality of the pointer instrument.
